FINALLY FRIDAY

I just read a story about a woman who weighed 375 and lost 175 pounds and it was a great source of strength to me I CAN DO THIS TOO…one of the things she said was that it was the hardest thing she has ever done in her life and that’s so true but it’s also the best thing in the world to lose the weight.  I don’t even have to lose as much as she did so that should help me realize that heck I can lose 74 pounds if she can lose 175 IT CAN BE DONE AND I’M GOING TO DO IT!  I haven’t been exercising much because I’ve had some back problems but I’m going to go out there and jog or walk if I must - I’m going to work through this!  I also need to go to another back doctor and get some test done to make sure there isn’t any real problems with my back and once I know that for sure than I’m really going to push myself.  I’m sick of being fat….I wanna be a healthy weight!!

to all of you who have welcomed me to this site…I really think it’s going to be a great journey!  I’ve been very good about how I eat and watching everything that goes into my mouth, I think the main thing is to think before you stuff your face - is it really worth taking those few extra bites, it’s always NOT in the long run.  Good luck to everyone and if I can do this ANYONE can do it!  It’s nice to know I am not alone.

I’m new and just trying to figure out this site but it looks awesome!  What a great way to gain support to lose weight.  I’ve lost 8 pounds in the past two weeks and I’m doing very well with it but it’s so hard, I’ve done it before and gained weight back again too but this time I am getting advice from my doctor and doing it with his help and when I found this site I figured I can’t go wrong this time!  Looking forward to meeting new people and making friends and bring support!  Good luck everyone!
